Pet Policy
Pet Policy: Residents are permitted 2 dogs OR 2 cats OR 1 dog & 1 cat 80 lbs. combined weight limit OR 60 lbs. weight limit for a single animal. Cats and dogs must be spayed/neutered.
Fees: $350 per dog and $150 per cat one-time nonrefundable fee and a monthly fee of $50/month for dogs below 30lbs, $75/month for dogs over 30 lbs, and $25/month for cats.
Breed Restrictions: Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Boxers, Cane Corsos, Chow Chows, Dobermans, Great Danes, Kangals, Kuchi, Mastiffs (of any type), Pit Bulls, Presa Canarios, Rhodesin Ridgebacks, Rottweilers, Shepards (of any type), Shiba Inus, Siberian Huskies, Staffordshire, Wolf-hybrids, or mixed breeds that contain any of the above breeds.
